Payment and Declaration of final usage must be completed before shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We do not deliver to Portugal and some Countries, but most EU countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
While we aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping details.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

In accordance with EU consumer rights:

  • You may cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

  • Email us at contact@gbl.shop to request a return.

  • Products must be returned unopened and unused in their original condition.

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

  • We may charge a processing fee as applicable.

⚠️ Opened chemical products are not eligible for return unless defective.
